The workouts are always very intense. When you finish it gives you a great feeling that you accomplished something. The studio is always full of energy Seeing all the members work hard and encourage each other is also a big positive. Lastly the coaches who joke with us and push us to do our best a Winning formula
I don’t have to think about what I have to do. Instructor tells you and shows you what to do, helps correct, if need be, and an hour later I walk out after feeling accomplished and sore.
The instructors are personable, funny and knowledgeable, the other members are great to be around, we help Motivate each other.
It keeps me energetic throughout my day and also it helping me in reaching my goal for the weight loss.
Great energy, format is really fun and time efficient, staff is friendly and knowledgeable and it's a great community of members.

I like that you go in and don’t have to think of the plan. It’s all set out for you with an instructor keeping track and explaining each workout. The hour goes by quick and it feels like a great workout. Much better than I’d do on my own as far as punching myself.
Fun 1 hour. Staff is great. Good workout.

There is always such an amazing atmosphere. There are always so many inspiring coaches and participants. It's definitely the best gym I've been to, and I look forward to my workouts every time.
I love the instructional style of workout. The instructor calls my name as she encourages me while I’m on the treadmill and it makes me feel good that she cares about my progress and success. Thanks Jodie :). Scott comes to check on me during my challenging row!

Instructors are pleasant and very encouraging. Working out in orange theory is fun, guaranteed to burn calorie in 1 hr workout.

never the same thing...always something different
OTF workouts are very efficient, 1 hour classes. The workouts are ever changing and the instructors are knowledgeable and motivating. You aren't subject to waiting for equipment as each person has their own work out space.

Each workout is different. I know that any chunk is max 30 minutes. I like that you can make it as hard as you want. Seems very efficient.
