What do you like about our workout?

I like the guidance, as I never know what to do at the gym or if I'm doing it properly. I like that it is never boring and coaches are energetic. I did not give a 10 because the feedback from the mic this month has been driving my ears crazy.

What do you like about our workout?

OTF is great! After the cardio session I sometimes find it odd that there is no mandatory minute or two break to bring down heart rates. I understand the intent to keep them high but sometimes I wonder how safe it is. I imagine it can be a challenge to move from cardio to weights in the roughly one or two minutes that you are informally given. It would be interesting to see OTF have the coach give break time to ensure everyone's heart rate is at a level to be able to transfer safely to the weights area. Time it on the stopwatch. Thanks!

What do you like about our workout?

I love it, what a like it is just 60 min and at the end of my training I feel like I've been working out for hours. Love the different game plans every class and to monitor our performance as we keep training.

What do you like about our workout?

I don’t need to plan it, I just need to run around and do what I’m told. It makes my life easier since I don’t know what to do at a gym and I like to work our multiple parts of my body at once

Policies, rules and regulations of the studio should be respected and enforced, although, a little wiggle room and common sense should always prevail.

Retaining a member is cheaper than acquiring a new one.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that in one class I can work out different body parts and get a cardio workout too! Of course all the coaches are really awesome. They are helpful encouraging and motivating! Everyone can workout at their own level and pace but being in a group environment is motivating as well.

I like the variety of workouts on a daily basis and the intensity as well. Having great coaches who motivates you and gives you confidence. So yes, I'm very satisfied and would recommend OTF to my friends and family.

I enjoy the workouts. I need the motivation and the coaches provide that. I hate going to the gym and have to constantly wait around for equipment. At Orangetheory I don't have that. The coaches have asked what my goals are and are there to help me achieve them even with baby steps.
