Great coaches and great energy! I love how the workout is different every time I go. I enjoy the extra cardio that you do not get with some "HIIT" style workouts. The community feel of this studio is great. I have really noticed a difference in mind and body since joining OTF!
Total body workout
It holds me accountable to my fitness goals! And, I can get competitive with myself and aim to beat my previous splat points.
It’s a full-body workout with lots of cardio, which I enjoy, along with a mix of weights and strength training. I also like the early morning option.

What I love about OTF vs a gym, is that the workouts are already prepared for me. I don’t have to go in and try and figure out what kind of workout I want to do. The classes are small enough that I feel like i’m getting a personal trainer. The coaches are really good about correcting my form if needed and giving me that little boost of confidence I need when it gets tough.

Effective and efficient. I always know I am going to feel like a got a great workout when I leave OTF. I love the mix of cardio intervals and floor/weight training and the fact that it’s a different workout every time. Coaches are encouraging and knowledgeable, too!
Coaches are friendly and energetic. Facility is really clean... Onboarding to the OTF "language" could have gone a little smoother.

During OTF workouts, it covers both strength training and cardio in one hour. Additionally, you learn how to control your breathing and heartrate. The coaches are encouraging and give you just enough to help push you past your mental and physical limits that you have set on yourself. Working out has never been my favorite thing to do but I do love the benefits OTF provides for me, mentally and physically.
That I don't have to think about how to workout, I just show up and let the Coaches guide me.
I love the atmosphere, the coaches, the music, the challenge and how every workout is different yet consistently great.

Diversity
All workouts are as challenging as you want to make them. The coaches ensure that you push yourself to your full potential. Everyday is different - I love that!
You give the option to modify our workouts but you also encourage us to go all out. All of the trainers are very professional and very friendly!
