What do you like about our workout?

The variety of the workouts. After many years and taking nearly 900 classes, OTF still finds a way to change things up and keep it fresh. The coaches always seem to love what they are doing and it's just a good full body workout every time.

What do you like about our workout?

Tough workout, but adaptable to ANY fitness level. I’m not a runner of any stripe and there are always options to get just as strenuous of a workout without running. Supportive coaches are always available for help and modifications if needed.

What do you like about our workout?

I get to make myself accountable by prebooking classes, the coaches are always pushing us to our best efforts but never unattainable, and I never have to plan my workouts I just have to show up and it’s a new workout every day!

Here’s my $.02

The group that designs the workouts should consider a wider variety of exercises within the workout. The repetitive nature can creat excessive muscle fatigue which goes against the theory.

Secondly, if you start on the tread then the floor becomes really hard…..form is off because you’re so fatigued from the tread, and you can’t lift the necessary weight to creat muscle definition.

The flip is also true. If you start on the floor you have a decent workout, however when you get to the tread and you have to do 18 ALL OUTS, well all effective ideology is gone.

OTF has the ability and technology to create the workout based on where you start.

I know the response will be, “you should workout at your own pace” and theoretically that is true. However in practice that is not happening.

We all OTF but it’s time for OTF to truly understand their consumer and design workouts that aren’t “cut and paste” which lately they feel that way.

I love how helpful the trainers are. Always feel energized when I leave and I love how the workouts are always changing. I would give it more than 10 starts if i could.

I love the structure of having a coach to lead me through the workout, and the coaches are super encouraging. Having the splat point system also adds a little bit of healthy competition into the mix!

Love the coaches, especially Tracy, Shaun and Carter! Love knowing I will always get a great workout that varies day to day. I am much stronger and fitter since joining OTF.

Challenging at a healthy level. I don’t feel over pressured. I feel motivated to push myself to do more each time. Although this is my first few classes, I’ve done more physically than I thought I was able to do before. I appreciate the warm, welcoming atmosphere that allows me to be comfortable and workout at my own personal level, while still shocking myself at completing the workout with great results.

What do you like about our workout?

It challenges me by doing things I normally wouldn't do if I created my own workout. The coaches at the Wilmington Mayfaire location are absolutely incredible, and help me attain goals I never thought possible. I feel like I've used every muscle in my body after each workout, and it's been helping me with my energy and endurance for life.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the high energy and the diversity of the workouts. I appreciate how the coaches are concerned with our safety as well. However, music is KEY!!! Often I feel like the coaches at Holly Springs just play anything without thinking of the importance of upbeat LOUD music. At other studios they crank up the music and really encourage the all outs. Often you need that extra boost. Jacob and Tommy are perfect examples of how it should be done! Their energy and music are the BEST! You can feel the energy in the room. Jay and Renee’s music is way too quiet and soft and often feels more like a yoga class.

There are always great trainers who are knowledgeable and able to help you modify if you have injuries. I really like the variety of the workouts and the ability to just tune out the world and follow the plan during the 60 minutes you're in the gym. it's also super convenient to schedule workouts with the app and the number of classes offered every day.
