There are many things to like about Orange Theory Fitness at Meadowmont! The classes are always challenging (you can modify for your own fitness level and goals) and taught by energetic, motivating, well trained coaches. The classes are pre planned and change daily, so you don’t have to research and plan your own workouts and you can go daily with out repeats/injury as each class emphasizes different areas (endurance or strength or power) I love the real time stats during class and being able to see my progress. Signing up for each class holds me accountable to attend. The front office personnel are great! Always helpful, friendly and fair!

Recently moved to the area and joined the Morrisville studio. The workouts have been so fun! The trainers and everyone at the front are always friendly and its a pleasure to go in each time, work out a sweat to the fantastic music and feel re-energized! The studio is big and for the most part not crowded, except for a couple times in my experience which actually makes for great energy in the room! My only suggestion to the studio would be to add a clock on the wall in the room, I've seen it in other studios and its a motivator :D Highly recommend this location!
I appreciate the energy in all the classes and our instructors at OTF Holly Springs. Great training templates, I like doing the three disciplines run, row and floor in one workout, (great cross training). OTF has greatly improved my overall fitness and wellness!!!

I love Orange Theory, Wake Forest! The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging. All staff are welcoming and easy to communicate with. The community is very pleasant! Challenging work-outs are a joy!

I like everything about the workout! I like that the workouts are a combination of rowing, floor, and, running. I enjoy rowing regardless of context but running - I have always hated to run! The class set-up and the thread itself helps me hate running a little less. In fact, I think I am enjoying it now because I can definitely feel a difference between OTF threads and other threads I have tried before. Lastly, I like that OTF is the only class I have tried that keeps my heart in the orange zone. Makes sense why its called OTF! Definitely looking forward to the next class.
Different routines, intense workouts with intermittent calm period, equipment's in good shape, cleanliness.

The one thing I love the most about OTF workouts are that for 1 hour of my day my only focus is to work as hard as I can in my class. The attention to detail from the coaches is what makes the difference. They are always there to motivate and encourage you to push yourself within your own limits.
Love the combo of strength and cardio…the HIIT style workout. Love the instructors and the music!

Orangetheory Fitness offers a balanced, challenging but do-able ;) workout in an hour or less. The coaches are great, the studio is clean, and the community is supportive. It's a great value!
