OTF has changed my Li superior I love the workouts because they are different each and every day. You never know what you're walking into, but you do it anyway. And in the end you're just so happy you did. The staff at this location is outstanding . They are all very motivated people who wanna see you succeed.

What do you like about our workout?

Orange theory is such a great work out studio! It enhances my body and mind as well. I love going to their classes and getting drenched in sweat. The work outs are fun when you do with energetic people around you, having healthy competition, and filled with positivity. I simply love Orange Theory!!

I like how efficient and effective the one hour is. I could never walk into a gym and get this much out of the same amount of time. At least not on my own.

The coaches are great. I’ve been to a few other OTF locations and BC is very lucky to have Alex and Tom. Make friends and people are nice. I have a OTF that is much closer but I make the trek almost daily because that’s my family!

What do you like about our workout?

Great cardio and strength training workout. Love optionality to use bike vs. treads (easier on my knees0. Coaches are very motivating, friendly, engaging. Even with large class sizes, the coaches always seem to find ways to personalize the workout to you.

What do you like about our workout?

I like that the workouts change and focus on strength power and endurance throughouut cardio and floor blocks. I like that their are always ways offered to make something more challenging or to modify if you are injured. I like the group fitness aspect, all working together to achieve a common goal.

What do you like about our workout?

OTF is super motivating! The coaches are great! Brennon, Jacole, and Tom influence me the most during a workout. They are very aware and anytime it looks like I’m doing something wrong, they show me the right way. I love the feeling of having a personal trainer even though there are multiple other people in the class. Still gives me plenty of 1:1 time with coaches if needed. The floor workouts are great and I’ve really seen a difference in my body. I’m proud of myself for working out like I do, but couldn’t t do it without OTF. A great team and family!
