I love the challenge and variety of the workout.
I love that I don’t have to think about what I need to do when I walk through the door. The training program is widely varied each time, the staff are fantastic and the workouts push me a little harder every time.

It’s a very well rounded workout, I get a good calorie burn and the structure keeps me on track.
I like the change up each session so that there are never the same routines each time and for the most part, the coaches. Bren and Sam are the best: very encouraging and really are there for all of us no matter our level and keep it positive and moving which i need. I am a survivor with heart issues and this helps me stay motivated. Also, the check ins when i am struggling with learning new routines helps. One training, Aimee, not so much. It makes all the difference in the world to have folks like Bren and Sam who are inclusive and caring, make it fun, and keep us moving in a positive direction. The front desk group is awesome and I am sold. I am so grateful this came into my life and look forward to a long engagement.

Challenging cardio and strength training workout with great instructors, music and energy
You don’t have to think what you are going to do. Every thing is already laid out for you-just need to listen and push self to work hard. Coaches are great for inspiration to keep at it and give it just a little bit more.

There is always something new. Every time I go I am challenged, I never leave feeling like i didn't get a great work out. The facility is immaculate. Staff is always friendly & helpful. Mike is one of the best trainers ever!!
I love that it’s different everyday, but also challenging.
The workouts are always challenging and changing which keeps my body (and mind) from getting bored. The coaches are super personable and provide awesome motivation and music to really make the atmosphere fun and energetic. All the members and front staff are also super friendly and motivating which makes the whole studio a great place to train & workout at !
I like the OTF push I receive from the coaches. I enjoy the music, love the coaches and staff. It is very rewarding to track my progress and see results. I also enjoy seeing friends I have met on this journey.
I like that it is structured, and it is convenient.
I really enjoy orange theory because it is such an efficient workout in just 60 minutes. Moving to the different stations makes it fly by too- prior to OTF I hadn't been the biggest fan of exercise but this is such a fun atmosphere. I feel motivated the entire time between the other guests and the instructors. I feel amazing afterwards and have already seen results, physically but also during the workouts I am faster and stronger too!

Everything! The structure...it's like having a personal trainer every time. The work out varies....state of the art treadmills, authentic water rowers, free weights, T-Rex straps, resistance bands, bosu's and ab dolly rollers. It's never boring and there are so many different routines. The music rocks! It's very motivating. It's only one hour (most times) sometimes they have special workouts. You WORK that hour and it feels AMAZING!
Instructors are wonderful. They really care. They are always willing to come up with alternative exercises if you have a limitation or injury. OTF is "lit" (my 13 year old daughter's word)! Thank you!
Overall body workout in a well organized small time frame
It was the best workout I have had in years! I haven't pushed myself like that in years.
