I love the heart monitor and knowing the number of calories burned from a workout. It puts what I eat into perspective. For example,
I burn about 550 calories a workout. The bag of doughnut holes I want to eat are 900 calories but it will take me two workouts to burn them off.
A coach leads the workout, and it's different each time you come in. Also, they are challenging workouts that make you sweat, and you always leave feeling like you accomplished something.

Adam did a great job of providing individual coaching in a group setting. The studio was nice, clean and easy to find with the directions I received over the phone. The workout was challenging and very good!
I like the variety in the workout and the motivation of the coaches. Having to schedule my workout makes me more likely to get it done - it’s more of a commitment.
The lighting is such that we don’t focus on what others (or ourselves) look like.
The focus is on doing the exercises so no time to be judging or competing with others.
The HR monitoring & splat point goals is a great motivator.
A little more focus on form would be good to prevent injuries.
May think about some kind of reward system for earning splat points.
Need to improve the app so that we can see better statistics of our progress. That was a disappointment.
I had a personal trainer/nutritionist for five years & I really like this cheaper & affective alternative! You really got this formdula right! Just need a few tweeks to make it even better!
