I LOVE the Strength classes. I am a huge fan and want to do this class during the week and in the morning please. I cannot come to the evening classes because I take care of my dad who has Parkinson's disease. I have availability on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday in the morning for myself. OTF is a huge stress reliever for me and I love coming to class to take care of myself. Please bring back the morning Strength classes. I was so excited that you offered them last month and then equally disappointed to see that you took them away. Please, please, please, bring them back!
I loved strength building tuesday’s and thursday’s 3:15 classes. Would love if these classes are everyday.
All the coach’s are helpful and will push you to do your best. But will also help you with technique so you don’t hurt yourself. They really care about their patrons.

I like the fact that every time I am there is a different workout schedule and I like that the coach is always taking their time to make sure to are giving 100%
Very friendly staff and great coaches - Elizabeth, Devin, Rachel, Jessica are the ones I remember off the top of my head. I've never had a bad coach at Sawyer. And for me, the location is perfect. The only annoying part is the trains around the location, but the staff is great about being flexible about those.
The coaching and that it changes up everyday. It would be nice to have more strength classes at 6 am or 5 am during the week so I could attend one.

I'm a fitness enthusiast, and I've tried various workout routines over the years. However, I love one work out more than any other - Orange Theory.
What I love about Orange Theory is that it's a full-body workout that combines cardio and strength training (and uses a heart rate monitor for tracking progress). Each class is different, so I never get bored. The coaches are always there to push me to my limits in 60 minutes.
I always leave each class feeling stronger and more energized than when I walked in. If you're looking for a fun, effective workout, I highly recommend trying Orange Theory.

Different each day around the 3 stations. It's challenging and motivational for me and totally worth it an hour workout. Coaches are all great Courtney, Uche, Viennie and James.

the people who work at this location are so helpful and nice. it really sets y'all apart. i have been a member since y'all opened. All staff is very helpful and enjoyable. Orange theory is consistently my only way to lose the baby weight after each pregnancy. Appreciate you!
