the studio was great, but the coach was very lackluster and di the bare minimum. she didnt even demonstrate with weights which was kind of odd.
What I like lost about OTF workouts are the numerous plans, no workout day is the same, that each day your body is really pushed yet you feel great afterwards and are result don’t take long to show. Each location has it own vibe and Kingwood one is my top location. Thanks

Intensity and instructors
When you walk into the lobby of this studio, you are immediately greeted by people who smile, care about you, and ask about your day. I can't quite say the same for some other studios lately, unfortunately :(
The vibe in this studio is just pleasant. A studio's tone is set by the studio manager, and Andrea definitely sets a warm, welcoming tone.
I love variety, switching tasks, and of course instructors correcting m & pushing me.😊

All around strength training. Core stability helps with running. Ability on tread to power walk and work your way up to running.
The energy and being able to make it challenging.
It is a good workout - weight lifting is important for bone health. I like that I don't have to think about what to do - the coaches guide you through the workout.

Our experience at Orangetheory has been great! We are happy to be OTF members and enjoy the consistency and variety of workouts during our sessions.
