Everything! The treadmill part is my favorite because I’m a runner. The music is awesome and I love how the different parts to the run have pushed me in ways I wouldn’t normally push myself. It’s been really good for me to work on strength exercises too. I didn’t prioritize that at all before and I see a difference. The coaches are motivating and make it fun!

Different types of workouts which keeps your body from getting in a rut. You must continue to push yourself and watch your diet afterwards if your goal is the lose weight.

It is a good place to go exercise, the trainers are very fun and nice. I have also noticed a great change in my body.
I love the format, a combination of rowing, weigths and treamill. I feel the format allows each person to work at their pace. I can challenge myself to do my best, but don't feel like I need to compete with the person who is running while I am a power walker.
Every coach has been amazing and friendly, the front desk staff are warm and welcoming.
