Coaching during workout, works for me
I had different gym memberships before but seldom went as I really didn’t know what to do.
With OrangeTheory I am guided thru the workout, I enjoy the mix of the treadmill, rowers and floor.

Encouraging client base, coach staff and variety in workouts. It never feels like the same thing twice, always changing, coaches each have their own style and music and the clientele is so encouraging and supportive yet not intrusive. Love it.

It’s tough! And fun
I am in my 5th year, and I used to love everything about OTF. Few months ago I was prohibited to run/walk by my doctor bc a consistent pain on my Achilles’ tendon. I really thought about quitting, but I couldn’t. Instead of quitting I moved to Bike. It has been like that for months. I don’t regret my decision, but I feel like biking is not an important part of OTF. Coaches normally don’t pay attention on it. It feels like an outsider. Bikes are not connected to the board. They are old and outdated. I don’t know if I am going to be able to run again, I don’t want to leave OTF but I am want to feel part of it.

I enjoy that I don’t have to come up with my workout routine and that I have gotten to be a faster runner on the treadmill. The coaches, the front staff, the music and my gym friends-family also are great!

The workouts are always different and effective, the music is good and the studio staff, including instructors, are nice and friendly.

i don’t have the motivation to push myself, so it’s nice to just show up and do what someone tells you. it’s a great environment to work in and the coaches are amazing. the hardest part is showing up!
I love the encouragement from the coaches. the workouts are timed great for my schedule. i also love the professionalism of the entire staff. If you are looking for something new, but struggling to make a fitness change, then i would 100% reccomend OTF. It's the best thing i've ever done for myself.
