I love the intensity and energy at OTF Bristow! The trainers are all so motivating and the workouts never repeat so I can't get bored! I am always amazed at how great I feel during and well after my workout is complete!
The workout is a challenge which I love. If I need to scale it back on a particular day I can do that and work at my own pace. The coach is always near by and checks in with everyone to see how they are doing. I have more energy after the workout (even at my age😊), feedback from the coach is great, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Orange Theory is a great workout! The instructors are super encouraging. I would recommend this workout to anyone.

It was great to have not only someone leading us through the work out but also videos showing how to do each exercise on monitors in front of us. And amazing to watch my heart rate change on the screens as well!

The studio was so open and clean. I also liked how for this particular workout there was only 10 of use. So we all rotated to the same equipment together. The coach was even more motivating with the small intimate group.
I like how the workouts are never the same - it switches up daily and the upbeat, positive atmosphere. The engagement of coaches and their willingness to help you perfect your form. How everyone is at various stages of fitness levels, yet the workouts are for EVERYONE. I LOVE how I feel after and the sense of accomplishment.

As a new workout person, I love the structure PLUS the flexibility they give me in adjusting the exercises to fit my personal needs and abilities.
I like just going in and having someone (who is really knowledgable + fun) just tell me what to do, I follow along and then I ma done. EVERYBODY who works there is REALLY nice also.

Love the intensity and variety. Sometimes there is so much going on you can’t really get a coach’s help with a question but I figure you just keep moving.
Christopher, Trisha, Morgan are awesome in terms of their music, vibe, and right amount of challenge/support. I would not recommend beth’s Classes...talks too much and yet the class seems disorganized.
I like Morgan - most of the classes I've gone to are with her. Her workouts are always challenging, and she is very encouraging for us to push it a little more each time. The other instructors have been good too, but I really think that the instructors are what makes it or breaks it.
It was hard but diverse enough to keep you pushing yourself. You had to listen pretty closely and stay attentive.
