Great work out in 60 min.
I love that you make me work out without the dragging, I also like that you have nice equipment, nice ambience, small groups, cool couches, rotating exercises and that is only one hour but with nice continuous workout!
I like that these are focused set of exercises that are rotated each class so you are surprised every time you participate. Also, since other participants are doing the same thing with you, it keeps you motivated and focused on your goal.

OTF McLean is a wonderful place! In one hour, I get a great total workout and leave completely revived. One secret to OTF McLean is that some members are terrific athletes. Some members (like me) start out at the level best for us, but we keep improving and being motivated to get better by the coaches and members around us. OTF McLean works for everyone!

The variety and push from the coaches.
1. I dont get bored...as soon as I'm sick of rower, we move to floor! As soon as I'm sick of floor, off to the tread!
2. I come in the morning and at that hour I need someone to tell me what to do otherwise would just fall asleep at gym!
The music and the variety. Each workout utilizes the same equipment yet it feels different and new each time I go. I also love that I am competing with myself, pushing my distance, time, weight myself. The instructors are positive and fun.
Love the coaches and overall very convenient for a busy life!
Love it! Keeps me motivated for the entire class. Never boring, always a new twist and new exercises.
I'm 6 months in to OTF - but here's why I love it. I love having a coach that can challenge me in a way I would never challenge myself. You think I'd ever make myself sprint on a treadmill for a minute? Do burpees? Go lift on the weight floor? No way. I need someone to tell me what to do.
Furthermore, I love that the class format is the same for every class of that day. So no matter what time I make it to the studio, I can still get the same great workout. The day-to day variety is also great. OTF is a great cross between group-instructed exercise classes and personal training (without the insane cost of a personal trainer).
Additionally, the studios really foster a sense of community, which I really enjoy. We're are all there to tackle the same beast - not competing with each other, but with ourselves (okay, maybe sometimes silently with the person next to you). I have never gotten that at any other gym.
As a working mom, OTF is something that allows me to fit in fitness around all of the other busy aspects of my life. It makes me a happier and healthier person!
Great studio with coaches and staff that are engaging and seem to really care about my well-being. I have been a member for over two years and OTF Clarendon has seen me through losing 20 pounds leading up to my wedding, and is now helping me stay active and healthy throughout my first pregnancy. It's a great workout and a great community!
It’s challenging but people of all levels can complete the workout.
I use ot as cross training for cycling, it really works as a good combination of strength and cardio/vo2 max interval training.

I am very happy with the dynamic session and how to guide to get all out to achieve our goals. Is very interesting to know about the theory of the orange zone. I hope to continue attend at this program for a long time.
