I love the fast pace of all the workouts. I especially like days when we are moving on equipment. It tends to keep my heart rate up using the rowers. The variations keep the workouts fresh and your mind engaged
Always a challenge but doable and modifiable based on level of conditioning/injury, etc. Great cardio workout, but includes strength training which is critically important. Also, love the variety. Workouts are constantly changing, keeping things interesting....and music generally rocks and is motivating.
Just a great overall workout for good health, conditioning, or training. Love it!

I was visiting Fredericksburg and was able to go to two classes, both with Coach Madi. The studio was very nice- spacious and I really liked the lay out of the equipment/stations. Loved the music selection music and Madi did a great job- pushing and encouraging the class when needed, and she found just the right balance of talking where we could still enjoy the music. I will definitely visit this studio again!
LJ was excellent... very energetic, explained the class well and gave tips along the way to get the most out of the workout. I really enjoyed it.

I like getting in to the gym in the early morning and getting it done. I like the constant coaching support while being able to work at my own pace.
I primarily have only been to the 545pm class at Ashburn. I would rate this class a 10/10. The instructor Chuck is incredible! He is motivating, plays great upbeat music, but overall you can tell that he pays attention to the attendees and makes corrections to their form, challenges them, or asks if they have any limitations so the workout can be scaled down and modified. I've done a lot of group fitness classes in the past and I can spot a great instructor when I see one. Kudos to Chuck! I will certainly keep coming to the 545pm class and highly recommend it to everyone!

There is an atmosphere of encouragement and achievement from both the coaches and participants, so you WANT to push yourself.
Fully exhausting and time efficient.
I like the structure and the fact that you don't have to think about what exercises to do. It's a great place to just zone out for an hour and not have to worry about anything or get interrupted. It's also the right amount of push to get me moving.

I love that there is a competitive component without being overly competitive. It's great to get real time feedback as well.
I felt that the workout was very diverse, and I was really getting a full-body workout benefit. I also love how the floors in this location are softer near the weights, making it easier for any workouts that require getting on the ground.

I love the staff, so knowledgeable & friendly! The workouts are also amazing, they push me to vary my workouts where on my own I always struggled to change my routine from one day to the next.
