OTF is structured and easy to follow. If your confused at the gym or don't know what exercises to do, how much and when, then this program is a great replacement for that.

I love the interval training. I think some instructors need to work on their music. It really needs to be top 40 songs but upbeat.

I like that each day is a different workout. I also enjoy each coach at OTF Eastlake as each one has their own style, and makes each workout fun and challenging!

Josh (who is away now) and Jeff are great! Some of your front office staff are great too -- Grace (who is gone), Kayla ... new turnover, but overall a great studio with a great vibe.

What do you like about our workout?

I love OTF! The coaches are wonderful, the workouts are new and challenging every time I go. I go to 3-4 classes a week, I feel super strong and have been addicted to OTF classes for over a year now! Between the coaches and my heartrate monitor, I am challenged every time I go to class....and I look forward to it!

What do you like about our workout?

I liked the efficiency of the whole experience. From the app, to the heart-rate tracking, to the full-body workout --- I can tell how good this program is. Leaving class, I know how effective I was in that past hour, and I can track real numbers towards seeing real progress.

And the coaches were super helpful on my first two classes, helping me with my form and understanding the technology used. Love this whole thing.
