Coaches and staff are so friendly and fun to be around. The gym is fun to go to, upbeat, clean and a positive environment. I really enjoy it and have recommended it to all my friends and family.

Like: It's easy to schedule workouts and I always know that if I get into a class, there will be room for me (unlike in some studios cough cough hot yoga). I like that teachers always demonstrate proper form with the weights as this is SO important to staying safe and actually working the right muscles. Front desk staff are always super nice and helpful.
Dislike: Sometimes the music is really loud. I also wish there were vaccine requirements for patrons; that would make me feel way safer and more comfortable. There's a lot of focus on wiping down workout areas, which is all fine and good, but Covid is a much bigger threat than some germs from a weight rack.

I like that it is very close to my house and I get an hour workout in and then quickly get home to shower. It is super convenient and I enjoy the workouts.
Great encouragement and instructions from our coach. Challenging workout. I'm getting back in shape! Unfortunately, the cost went up from what I was paying before so I can only attend two times a week. I had to stop for open heart surgery and then a couple of other sprucer uppers. But I am doing great now. I will just have to figure out how to get another workout in somewhere else.
Good coaches & lots of parking, could use an update on some of the equipment but that’s NBD
OTF motivates me to be my best self. I love that the workout spans across 3 different activity blocks, so it never gets boring. The coaches are all so positive and motivating - 10/10! Best way to start my morning.

The coaching!
It involves so many different things that are planned out for me. My job is to show up and do the work.
The fact that every day is a different workout. And that the coaches are coaching you on what to do!! And push you when u need or encourage you.
It pushes me to be what I’d like but wouldn’t do on my own.

The lift45 class was great! With the smaller class, the trainer focused more on correcting everyone's lifting form. I'm glad I joined the class.
I liked the high energy and variety of the class. Enjoyed the rower and weight circuit especially. The trainer Piper was great and the whole staff super helpful for my first time.
I like the mix of rowing and threadmill.

The overall approach utilizing treadmills, rowers and weights is a fast paced, quick and fun hour to burn maximum calories. The coaches are inspiring.
The hour workout goes by quickly and when you are done, you feel like you did something hard! The coaches are good at making sure you use proper form. They also recognize everyone’s different fitness levels and give motivation to do your best.
