I like the Orangetheory workout because the coaches make working out fun and both the staff and coaches are friendly and helpful. No two days are the same, the music and atmosphere is awesome that I look forward to going everyday which I have not felt about any gym/exercise place ever.

It is an hour of intense full body workout. The coaches are very motivating and provide good guidance. I love how technology is being used to see how hard you are working which is another great motivational factor. The front desk staff is very friendly and courteous. Best of all, I see and feel the result of my hard work.

I like that it changes every day and that the coaches always provide options for a challenge or for a modification. You never know what to expect when you walk it so it keeps it exciting.
It gets results & 1 hr sessions is the perfect amount of time for my schedule while also getting a total workout.

I only wish there wasn’t such a strict policy of losing one of the classes if have a late cancel

I like that it is a "circuit" type of training and the coaches motivate you! I would NEVER get this type of workout on my own. I joined in November and I have noticed a big difference in my endurance and muscle tone. AJ Miller has been a huge help to me during injuries. when I thought I had a pulled muscle it was just a ball of goop that needed to be worked out. He showed me what I need to do and it worked! He also makes me want to train harder. I'm excited to get back home to Hood River Oregon where the Gorge is my gym; Mtn biking, kayaking & windsurfing. I won't be out of shape when I return thanks to OTF!
loved the studio! I have a really tight schedule after work so I have to be done no later than 5:10 to pick up my kids from preschool otherwise I would attend the solana beach studio over the encinitas studio. The staff was great. My battery had died on my monitor and a staff member was kind enough to let me use hers.

Very motivating, something new every time
Danielle is amazing! She shows everyone how to improve at each persons level. Also, she’s the only trainer that is clear and easy to understand on the microphone. My friends and I try to go out of our way to take her classes because we know our workout will be more effective with her coaching.
