I love the coaches and the music and the variety of the workouts. It's never boring and always goes by quick.
Would someone be able to clean the air vents above the glass doors when you first walk in to the gym (not the lobby)? They're the first row of vents above the weight stations. Just curious! Everything is great!

All the workouts are great but what makes a big difference is the coaches and at OTF Point-Loma all the coaches are amazing and will motivate you to give your best!

I love everything from the amount of class options, to the warm and welcoming staff that greet you to the fitness instructors always looking to see how they can help or cheer you on.

As hard as it can be to get started, I always come out of a class feeling that I worked and improved my fitness. I love the variation of the workouts and the overall body improvement. As a cyclist, I have needed to vary my fitness focus and Orange Theory does this!
I really enjoyed the change of pace from trail running and MTB riding. Christine was awesome and motivating, and the entire experience was fun and rewarding!
It was the first time I have ever felt comfortable in any gym EVER - plus I got an amazing workout. The orientation from Ashley & the instructor (Sarah’s) thoroughness were great! I am excited for my next workout and looking forward to a workout regimen I can actually maintain long term :)
The music is terrible but the workout is great!
I like that I can do a workout in one hour and not have to think about it. I appreciate the different workouts each day.

I love that it is different every day. I get bored with gym workouts because many times it’s the same thing over and over again. But OTF workouts keep me engaged and inspire me to perform better. LOVE the music and the coaches’ energies too!

I found that working out at Orangetheory was much more intense than I was used to, which is a good thing. I appreciate that the coaches encourage me to work hard, but safely.
I’m no spring chicken at 64, but I felt I was stagnant where I was. I think Orangetheory will allow me to up my game to get stronger, lose body fat and gain muscle.
I love showing up and just doing what I’m told! It takes the thinking out of my workouts!
Also, I love all the coaches and the front desk staff ! Everyone is super motivating and positive!

Front desk staff are always friendly and engaging; coaches are encouraging; studio is kept very clean. Workouts are fun and the ability to modify is encouraged by all the instructors

Great studio vibe, friendly staff and positive energy
High energy environment is very motivating, there is no "gym-intimidation" factor, and having a coach to help you with form and intensity is so helpful. Also, having a workout already planned and set up for you is really nice.
So many things…
1. Corrective & knowledgeable feedback from coaches.
2. Coaches are upbeat and motivating.
3. Ability to work at one’s own pace.
5. Balanced fitness between cardio, strength, balance and stability.
6. Different exercise each class.
7. The heart rate monitor has helped me get in touch with my body’s efforts levels. I can feel when I’m going to change colors right before it happens now.
8. The Cancellation policy ($$) causes me to show up. Every time.
9. Fun music.
10. Accommodations are always available & demonstrated by coaches.
11. The group fitness led by a coach causes me
to work our way harder than I ever would on my own.
12. Head coach, Sarah @ Carlsbad, CA, called me to check in after fifteen classes and answered all my questions. I was very grateful and impressed.
13. I’ve grown a lot in a short time. I went from modified push-ups to 5 regular push-ups. First time in my life!! And, I’m constantly surprised at what I can do. Again, it’s because I’m being pushed beyond my comfort zone.
14. My blood pressure has already gone down 10 points. Even though it was in the normal range to begin with. That’s a huge cardio benefit.
