fast paced with variety. Great encouragement from coaches who are dedicated to teaching. Would love to see later open hours on the weekends up until 6pm

I love the sincere and humorous coaching staff you have in Carlsbad. I love that they pay attention to old dump trucks like me and not just the 20 year old fawns and gazelles who prance through. I haven’t lost a pound but I’m stronger and healthier.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that the workout is always changing but stays within the parameters of ESP. The trainers are awesome. They motivate you to improve and achieve greater results.

What do you like about our workout?

This is hard to answer because I like EVERYTHING about the Orangetheory workout! Everything from the amazing coaches, to the awesome music, to the great feeling of community - it's all just TOO FANTASTIC! Unlike attending other gyms on my own, I feel like there is a true support system at OTF. Staff, coaches, and members are all on the same journey to lead a healthy lifestyle. This is the most excited I have ever felt about being a member of any kind of fitness establishment. I may feel just a little apprehensive every time I am on my way to class. But once the doors open and I hop on the tread, strap on to the rower, or hit the floor the apprehension goes away and I focus on doing WORK and giving all that I have during that class. If I feel like I need to call an uber or a lyft to take me from the studio doors to my car in the parking lot, I know that is exactly what I did :D

What do you like about our workout?

I attend the noon classes. The coaches are amazing! The workouts are very well coordinated and fast paced. For someone who is looking to get a full body workout in an hour this is the place... You just show up and follow the coaches instructions. The Poway staff is very personable as well and knows members by first name which adds a very nice touch to the over all experience.

I love the coaches and staff. Everyone is so positive, it lifts me up on days when I need a boost. The workout is perfect for me because it changes every day, so I never get bored and I know I’m going to work my whole body.

Awesome workout! Came back to visit family and had to get my time in at OTF, since I was going to be away from my home OTF! Great workout, both my daughter and I felt welcomed, like we weren't even visitors :)

Love the workout AND the coaches. Lauren, Zak, Anthony are amazing! I have been to many studios and had many coaches and Dana is by far the worst... sorry!

What do you like about our workout?

The amazing ability to condition your cardiovascular system in less than one hour
and the overall strength, tone, and energy it gives you for such a small time investment.
It's an excellent supplement to my swimming and biking routine.

The staff and fellow participants are very encouraging and friendly.
Anyone can do the workouts at their own pace.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that the workout is different every time and is well planned and demonstrated. I appreciate the clear instruction and motivation from the coaches. I like that the coaches keep an eye on you and will correct you if necessary to avoid injury. I started in January as a power walker (never ran) and now I am jogging and pushing myself to do things I've never done before. I feel strong and capable. I love it.
