I love that it changes, it makes it go by so fast and I don't get bored. Its a such a great concept! I'm really happy and I even brought my girlfriend and she joined so now she and I are going together.

The coaches are so encouraging and fun. I'm not a big gym person because it can often be intimidating, but the PL OTF family makes you feel welcome and motivates you no matter your fitness level

What do you like about our workout?

Fidel is absolutely the best instructor I’ve ever had - after visiting 3 different states and several locations- have never met a more positive and energetic coach that pushes you to reach your peak and attends to everyone’s needs and goals. Wow! He’s the man!

What do you like about our workout?

The workouts are challenging and motivating. The coaches are great. I am able to burn at least 500 to 600 calories in a short period of time.I feel energized after the workouts. I would definitely recommend OrangeTheory Fitness (Mission Valley) to anyone looking to stay fit and motivated to exercise.

What do you like about our workout?

OTF Eastlake is the best! I joined as an Founding Member and am SO HAPPY that I did. I used to take a spin class here a yoga class there, but never found a workout that I truly enjoyed or stuck with. OTF has changed my life! Every staff member in Eastlake is friendly and inviting. The studio is kept in pristine shape and the coaches are top notch, especially Michelle!

What do you like about our workout?

I love the fact that it’s an encouraging environment. It’s nice to have a group environment with positive instructors, meanwhile you still go at your own pace and don’t feel like you’re holding anyone back .

What do you like about our workout?

Orange theory is one of the best class based gyms I have ever been to!! The trainers are amazing and really push you to do your best! I love how all of the workouts are different each day. It’s a struggle to wake up early and go to the gym before I have to go to work, but Orangetheory makes it worth it!!

Group set up keeps me motivated. Good mix of different kinds of exercises. Music to pump up. Live screencast of blue/green/orange/red heart zones helps to stay on target. Basically, it just works.

What do you like about our workout?

I love how each workout is a surprise and you never know what the class will be like until the instructor describes it before the class. This way, the class is able to work out to their maximum ability rather than avoiding areas they don't normally target. The muscle confusion helps with results and I love the faculty at Orange theory poway who make each workout an even better one!

What I love is that it is fast paced, and the coach always is there to make sure you are working out correctly so you do not get hurt. The hour goes by fast and before you know you just logged a killer workout.
