Excellent workout every time!
My 5 am crew gets me out of bed every morning! The music and the coaches don’t hurt either, haha. All kidding aside, it’s a great group of encouraging people working on our individual heath goals. Coaches, staff and members are all amazing!

The fast paced nature of the workouts, short intervals and the fact that they’re always different are all great for me, someone who gets bored easily! Plus the group environment keeps me focused and motivated and the coaches are constantly cheering you on. I also love that effort/skill levels are completely up to the individual, and the heart rate monitoring shows me definitively how much effort I’m exerting and helps me set goals within each workout.
I like that it is different every day. I also really like the coaches and their energy. The support of everyone in the room is very empowering.

It's been over 5 years and I don't get bored and classes are still challenging.
I love the instruction from the coaches and how they provide modifications if needed. We are constantly challenge ourselves, but also being able to do what our individual bodies need. I like the rotation from tread, to row, to floor. It keeps things interesting. I love the community but also feeling like I'm not in a competition with the person next to me.
I have been coming to OT for three years now. I never find my workout repetitive or boring rather if anything they are always challenging. You not only feel strong physically but emotionally as well. Coaches are always very helpful and provide you with useful tips on how to improve your form. I would say OT is the only gym that I have stayed with and religiously going to in my whole life!
