Instructor was motivating. $28 for a first time class seems very expensive. Suggest lowering that.

What do you like about our workout?

I find it frustrating the classes too often do not start on time. Coaches are not given enough time between classes to talk with new members for the next class and go over the data from the previous classes. It’s extremely frustrating to watch the minutes tick by. The workouts get changed and they’re not with their supposed to be. I understand that you’re trying to get more classes in however current members are losing time on their workouts. This is been an ongoing problem for quite a while and it really should be fixed. Additionally, coaches are saying too much prior to the workouts and wasting warm-up time as well. All they need to tell us is what type of work out it is and if it’s a dirty 30. They will go over everything again and again once we are in the room.

What do you like about our workout?

They are different everyday! Having a coach guide you providing positive motivation in every class. I don’t get bored because we are always moving and completing different exercises vs. standard gym- the dreaded treadmill for 30 minutes. Leg day. Upper body next day etc.

I can do all of the same things more efficiently at OTF and more importantly I’m inspired to show up for that reason.

Also, the connection you make between the coaches and many OTF clients who generally attend the same class also makes it fun while getting an outstanding workout completed.

I love working out with Coach Mitchell, I know I can be a handful, and he keeps me very focused and on track especially being ontime, haha. I love his energy, instruction and expertise in health and fitness. Its a very positive experience. Thank you Del Sur!!!

The trainers are terrific! They are all so positive and encouraging. The workouts change daily and the music helps keep the energy level up throughout the blocks. Wish there was a hand washing station outside of the bathrooms though.
