Love that things change.

Suggestions: more abs and arms. The tower and treadmill hit the legs.

Coaches really need to use Spotify. I hear the same songs over and over again.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that this workout has the perfect combo of cardio, HIIT, and strength training. I burn more calories in an hour at Orange theory than I ever could on my own at the gym! Rowing has been a fun new challenge too! The atmosphere is always motivating and the fact that we are all cleaning regularly with antibacterial wipes is really great, especially during cold/flu season!

What do you like about our workout?

It’s always a tough, challenging workout but I don’t have to think too much about it. Just show up, do the work and that’s pretty much it. I always leave with a smile on my face and happy that I put that hour in! I love the coaches, the music and the people I meet while working out!

Love the coaches. Their enthusiasm, encouragement, motivation and great music. I also like that each class is different and focuses on a total body workout.

I like the structured workouts that are compacted into an hour as well as the coaching and motivation. I like the tracker and how I can push myself to get maximum results without any guesswork

What do you like about our workout?

The work out goes by very fast because your brain is so engaged in the exercises and directions that there is no down time to look at the clock and wonder when it will end. By the time you look up, it's time to go home. There is no way anyone would work out with this level of intensity by themselves. It keeps us motivated to have healthy competition and a coach giving us direction and paying attention to our form. The best work out EVER! I do not know what I would do without OTF!

What do you like about our workout?

I like the energy from the trainers and that they make sure your form is correct when lifting/rowing. In and out in one hour and I feel like I get the best workout! My favorite trainers are Anthony and Lauren!!! I try to coordinate my schedule around their classes if I can.

OTF EASTLAKE is the best place to workout! The front desk staff are always so welcoming and really get to know each member by their names. The coaches are all so engaging and encouraging! They make every class worth going to, even at 5am!!

Worth every penny! With I was able to lose more than 20 inches off my body in three months with OTF and meetings with a nutritionist. The workouts are never boring and the coaches are so supportive and motivating. Highly recommend!

So motivating, love the coach based workout to assist me to push harder than I would with a workout by myself. I also love the fact that you give modifications to all floor exercises. This mama is getting back into shape after having 3 kids, the last 2 being twins. Thank you so much for all you do to help us reach our goals!
