The workouts are always a great workout. Easy to modify (coach will assist you with this if you'd like) when necessary. With the beat of the music and the encouragement from the coach, it's a great atmosphere.
I've had to modify for several months so bike instead of treadmill and no stepping up and down on the bench (I can lower it as a modification too).
I like the structure. I don't have to think about what to do. It is already planned out for each class. The instructors are amazing and encouraging.

I like that the workout is already planned so I don't have to think about what I should be doing. I think its cool that the workout is the same all around the world at the different studios. I like the coach's instruction and encouragement that makes me work harder but never intimidates me. I love the feeling of comraderie despite it being strictly "you vs. you" --- we are all on different levels of ability, but we all put out the same level of effort and feel the same sense of accomplishment.

People don't always want to workout, but OTF workouts and members really make you want to be a part of this community.
The instructors are consistent. The studio listens to clients.
Best way for me to get cardio in. The convenience of a coach to correct and help you without the price or intense one on one pressure of a personal trainer. I only have to get to class then from there I only have to focus on the next 1-3 minutes at a time!

The coaches and atmosphere are amazing, motivating, and so welcoming! Orangetheory helps keep me consistent and I feel so much stronger and healthier since starting!! The app is an added bonus, I like the stats and seeing a visual of the growth happening, and I really love the mix of workouts and the fun specialty/benchmark days!

I started Orangetheory about 5 years ago. It has changed the way I look at working out and staying healthy. I am in the best shape of my life in my mid forties. OT encourages me to constantly challenge myself. The focus on heart rate data and progress tracking allows me to identify when I am struggling or when I have reached new levels of fitness. The splat point system makes it easy to track whether I have had a good workout or not. If I went to the gym by myself and did my own workout, I would not have the same confidence that I am getting a good workout.
Both the receptionist and the trailer were excellent. They were very helpful.
