I like how dynamic the workout is while remaining structured and organized. I like that it's not boring and different every time. It's the closest thing to having a personal trainer, only in a group setting. And I love all the data I can keep and analyze later to see my progress.

This place is absolutely amazing. I’ve done fitness classes and personal trainers on and off for years this is a combination of both. I’m definitely a client for life. The staff is amazing the location is safe and no matter how early you arrive it is bright inside and the staff is consistently helpful and friendly.
It is motivating! I am a competitive person, so I get that as well from OTF. The coaches help with form that you can't get from an at home work out.

I love the variety of the workouts - no two are the same. The music also keeps me motivated while on the treadmill or rower - helps to not focus on the workout as much. The instructors also make each class fun and high energy and everyone at the Milton studio is very friendly - from the front desk to the instructors.

Everything! I love the coaches and the energy they bring. They push me to work harder. I love the variety of the workouts and the fact that I don't have to think about what I am going to do. It is the best hour of my day!
Always a good workout! Very encouraging coaches who are willing to help meet my fitness goals (if I were to share them) and push me to do more but are respectful when I "decline" the heavier weight or something due to a physical issue. I love that the workouts are different each day and we're given fair warning when there is a special one coming up.
The coaches involvement and the fact that the workout is planned. I also like that we work on tread, rower and weights

My problem about going to the gym was that I didn't know what I should do. OTF made it so much easier for me with their classes. I have never felt better and I'm so proud of my body now.
There is a good vibe in the studio.
I like that it's very structured and you tell me exactly what to do. I like the variety of the classes - they are never the same. And I like the mixture of weights, treadmill, and rower. It feels like a full workout.

You are able to workout in a motivating setting, while monitoring your heart rate with the best accuracy whether you walk or run on the treadmill, row, or work out with weights.
