I love the small class size of the workout. I love that we are able to go at our own pace and track our own heart rate. I love the instructors, the music and the feeling that I have when the workout is done. Knowing that I will Have an after burn makes me super excited! I would like to suggest that there be a third 11:30 AM class added during the week on Friday. The other class times offer three days a week so n all fairness it would be helpful to have that third day available in order to more effectively reach my health goals.

My first class i took with Logan was great, she left an amazing impression on me she’s thorough detailed patient and communicates instructions very well. I also liked that the workouts are full body and incorporates cardio, strength and endurance training. I would like to suggest adding cycling, Zumba, and/or Pilates to workout routines or just add them as individual classes.
You can go at your own pace and still get a great workout. You are measuring your progress against yourself and not anyone else. People are friendly and supportive and the coaches are informative and kind. Very upbeat place to get a great workout.
Fun and varied hour of motion and sweat, in a comfortable, clean environment. Wendy and Brock at the front desk always have a warm welcome for all, and Niles keeps up the energy throughout the hour. Ryan encourages me/guides me on my Saturday strength class to mix it up for the week. With OTF (and Noom), I’ve lost almost 10 lbs in the last 2 months in a healthy (hopefully) sustainable way. Thanks!
The Coaches are excellent, the constantly changing work outs are great, and the music keeps you moving.
It’s a great cardio workout & the coaches motivate you to give it your ALL!!!

Diversity and accountability!
I have 2 children under 4, Orange Theory allows me to get a full body workout in before my day begins. The coaches, staff and overall culture surrounding Orange Theory make for an inclusive, motivating and engaging experience. Whenever someone tells me they are going to start a fitness plan I recommend OTF Chamblee.

How challenging it is but at your own pace its like having a personal trainer I wouldn’t normally do the workouts out on my own and love its different everyday n works out your whole body

I like that the classes are planned for me. I don’t have to figure out what to to because honestly I’m lost on a weight floor, haha.
And I like that the classes have so much variety. Each class is different.

Coach Cam has the BEST playlist out of all the OTFs I have gone to. He is a really great coach and I enjoy going to his classes.

I love it but I wish the instructors Would give five minutes to warm up too often it’s a minute and everybody’s moving. And end on time.
That it’s challenging but different every time I go. The head coach, Tania, is incredible. She creates a great atmosphere and is so encouraging for everyone fitness level.

OT is a great workout and the coaches are always motivating!!
Workout is designed for cardio, strength, endurance, power. Benchmark activities help track progress.
Some workouts are very tough, but I always say, "Orangetheory: you hate to LOVE it!"
Most importantly, the staff is WONDERFUL! Knowledgeable, competent, delightful. 👍🏾👍🏾
Variety in workouts
All I have to do is put my body in motion. I don't have to wait for machines. I don't have to look for weights. I don't have to worry about people taking their time and sitting on machines while being on the phone.
