Always fun and exciting workout
I love the coaches, especially Savannah and Cam, they are all very positive and encouraging. The studio is very clean and well stocked. The workouts are never the same and the hour always flies by. Most people who workout there are friendly and kind. It’s a great way to start your day or unwind from a tough week. I always walk out feeling better about me- stronger, fitter, happier!

I have to start by praising the staff. I took a class with a friend of mine back in November 2022 and enjoyed it so much I decided the same day I was going to join. Maddie assisted me with signing up. She was friendly and went over the different membership options in great detail. At the beginning of this year I began struggling with some health issues that limited my activity. I called to place my membership on hold and spoke with Kade. She could not have been more friendly. I've only recently gotten back into class, but have been in contact with Kade during my break, and not just to place my membership on hold. She has reached out to me multiple times to check on me and see how I'm doing.
My first class was with Amber and she is a terrific instructor. She paid close attention to me to make sure I was okay and to help me when I wasn't sure how to do something. If there was a workout I wasn't comfortable with, she offered me other options. And this is how she always is, even to this day.
I truly cannot say enough about Orangetheory Brookhaven and their staff. I have never been one to love going to the gym or working out, but Orangetheory is so much more than a "gym"; it's an experience. They have done so much for me and my self esteem. I recently moved to Canton, but Brookhaven is still the only location I visit. In fact, I was a little worried about expenses when I moved, but I spoke with Kade and she offered me another membership option that is within my budget!

It’s one of the best HIIT workouts that I’ve experienced! The music and coaches really enhance the workouts, and Kevin Stamps is an amazing coach! He has motivated me to transform my body and health! I honestly don’t know what I’d do if he stopped coaching! He should be the face of Orange Theory!

LOVE the new Strength classes! Great coaches....Sara is Fabulous and has THE BEST playlists! Not crazy about the other coach's - hip hop/rap not good for workouts, but Cameron is terrific apart from that!
The energy
Great workout but insanely loud. I am old, but we all said it was VERY loud. The coach was great, so it was fine!
It is a real workout!!! Love the attention received from the instructor Hailey and the sales associate that signed me up Cameron.
