One hour coach led workout.
Run / Row workouts coupled with floor are my favorite by far. The multi-focus of cardio and strength is exactly the balance most people need and especially myself. Great coaches (Liz, Ashley, TJ, Darcy) and SA’s (Connor, Kaleigh, and others) all make it inviting and provide encouragement to all.

Awesome place
Everyone I know who is extremely fit goes to OTF. That's what brought me back after taking a nine year hiatus. It was definitely intimidating coming in again for the free trial after so many years! My first session was early & Darcy couldn't have been any more energetic!! But the tempo was too much for me. After the initial workout I still wasn't sure it was a fit for me but Eva was so supportive and offered me another try to test out some of the other workouts. The next session was with Ally and the tempo of that particular day was more what they called typical. It was actually fun. What I really loved about OTF Roswell and what ended up selling me on the membership was the high energy of the trainers and their supportive nature. Having a good workout is important but even more than that is the proper form for the strength training portion. I have to give props to Ally for that! I've only been in four times so far but I am encouraged by how great everyone else looks who attends regularly!!! Thank you to the staff for all of the support you've shown thus far.
I like the combination of cardio and strength training. I also like the coaching of the experienced instructors.
