The energy
I like the well rounded (cardio and strength) 2G workouts. The flow varies enough day to day to keep it interesting and the coaches are motivating.
That it is a class. You have coaches that encourage you to do your best and challenge yourself. There is no competition with anyone but yourself. The staff at our site is fun and friendly and all very engaging in the all parts of the class.
It is exciting and makes my cardiologist happy.

OTF is what an ideal workout should be!! I’ve been a member since 2019 while living in Astoria, NY. Even after I moved, I joined Montvale, NJ. I enjoy the science behind it, gaining splat points and the motivation from the Coaches. It’s the best!
