Very Interactive and very motivated to keep working out.
I love how I can walk in and know I will get a great workout without me having to do any research. I can depend on the trainers to make sure my form it correct. And most of all they motivate me to want to push myself
Variety and intensity. The atmosphere is great and very motivating.
The classes are fun and very effective work out.
I love the fact I have never had the same workout twice. I love the fact that I have met amazing people. OTF is my happy place!
I like how each day the workouts are different. I like to mix things up so it doesn’t get boring. The coaches are motivating and help with form if needed. They know your name as soon as you enter. People are warm and friendly. Great experience overall!
The staff are very friendly and helpful and the coaches are great by pushing us within our stated bounds.
Amazing staff and instructors that motivate with positive energy !
I love the variety of each class.
Great coaches
I love the energy coach Hannah has. She really keeps me motivated and individually corrects me when I’m not doing something correctly. I’m a newbie and I’m very uncomfortable with new environments and change but I got comfortable and got well adjusted to the non-stop transitions fairly quickly with the help of the staff. Waking up at 5:30 to workout in the early AM will always be a challenge for me, but that’s the only time that works for me and I walk out of the workout feeling energized for the day. I love that I’m not pointed out even when I go at my own pace but am also given words of encouragement from coach Hannah.
Great workout. Lots of variety within classes and between classes which keeps it interesting.
The best coaches and staff! Always a great workout!
Being guided through with an energetic and friendly coach
Been a member for about 3 years. Average about 2 classes a week. Love all the coaches and their motivation and dedication. The atmosphere is welcoming no matter your fitness level. You get the benefit of being motivated by a group while focusing on your own individual goals and objectives. Friendly challenges and and milestone benchmarks push you to challenge yourself in ways I never would if I were just working out on my own. It can be a little intimidating at first. There's a whole language you need to learn (i.e., Base, Push, All Out) and a learning curve on some of the equipment...but do yourself a favor and stick with it for 3 - 4 classes at least for things to start to click.
Group classes lift my mental energy to push forward.
Easy breezy no thinking all about me for an hour.coaches are wonderful
I love every workout bc every one is different and pushes you in different ways. It leaves room for everyone to have a strength and be successful. The coaches are all life-changers, motivating you every day to do your best and keep going. OTF East Rutherford is like a family - we are all so diverse but we all come together to support each other on our fitness journeys.
Structure
Everyone is always encouraging
I love that the instructors are knowledgeable in modifications to make floor exercises easier and more challenging as needed. Each workout can be as challenging as you want it to be so it's great for individuals of all experience levels. The playlists and words of encouragement from instructors throughout the workout help keep me motivated and pushing myself to have the best workout each time.
Love the workout!
The workout is always challenging and fun
I really like what a fun and active vibe the facility has. the trainers are great energy and the facility is super clean
I appreciate coach direct support and how the workouts vary each time
You get a full body workout and also keep track of calories burned and heart rate.
The challenge and the difficulty.
I enjoy working out with good friends and love the different workouts each day, especially the tread 50. The coaches are fun, exciting and motivating!
My goal is to become more fit and hopefully lose some weight. In each OT session, I seem to be burning 700+ calories (50 M), which should be helpful in reaching my goal. Despite occasional minor annoying things, such as excessive switching between rower and weights, I am successful in losing weight and gaining stamina in cruise mode. OT workouts work for me.
