OTF has quickly become my favourite fitness activity, offering invigorating workouts, a welcoming atmosphere, and a sense of community. The routines make it easy for individuals of all fitness levels to follow along. The combination of treadmill intervals, rowing, and floor exercises keeps the workout dynamic and engaging, ensuring that time flies by (something I absolutely love).
Instructors and staff are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in your fitness journey, fostering inclusivity for newcomers! 10/10 would recommend. Huge thanks to the staff for being so awesome!
1) A great coach. An engaged, knowledgeable coach is motivating and pushes you to do more. The coaches are a difference maker in my opinion.
2) Love the mix of the rower, the floor exercises and the treadmill - I love the 3G classes
3) I love the tracking of calories, splat points, understanding in real-time what your zone is. That's all valuable!

I don’t just like it, I love it. Each workout has different elements. It could be endurance, strength or power or a combination on any given day. At 75 I’m in the best physical and mental shape I’ve ever been in. It is all thanks to the dedicated coaches and staff at OTF Rockaway. During the workout I am encouraged and supported. After class I feel that I have accomplished something.
I love having other people to workout with and help motivate me to push myself! I would never push myself this hard at the gym alone. I also love when the instructors help me by correcting my form to make sure I’m doing everything correctly and safely.
When I'm done a workout I feel empowered to conquer the day!

I like how it moves quickly and changes daily. In and out in an hour. Love the staff at the New Providence location. They are awesome!!
I enjoy the variety, working out with coaches Ryan and Taylor and that it makes me workout consistently, at least 2 X a week. I also like that I've gained strength. And the music! Everyone at OTF has been great. Thanks
It has been an amazing experience so far! All of the staff is beyond friendly and helpful. It’s a great community amongst the members. I am LOVING it and see results in 2 months already!
It’s guided and challenging.
I love that Orangetheory is a different workout every day so I don't get bored or plateau. I also like that I don't have to plan my workouts, they are all planned for me. Most of the floor exercises target more than one muscle group at a time, so I am getting a full-body workout and burning more calories while getting stronger without spending a lot of time in the gym.
Once you try Orange Theory you are immediately hooked. The classes are fun and fast paced which helps you get through challenging classes. The Coaches are the best, pushing you to be and do your best! Highly recommend Orange Theory. Even better to recommend to a friend you get incentives for getting friends to join. Having friends join with you makes class more fun and you have built in accountability partners.
I like that every day changes and I don't have to think about my next move, I can zone out for an hour of me-time by working out and releasing endorphins.

The den always has best eveything. Regional coach Dom is top notch. Treds are smooth and towers. Always on time ....mostly great music...awsome front desk.... they have great staff ...been at the den for 6 + years

I like the fact that the workout is broken up by the treadmill, the rower and floor exercises which includes some weights. Great balance and the staff is amazing.
I enjoy the variety of exercises and classes. The HR monitors are also helpful with tracking progress and setting goals.

Miriam is an enthusiastic, professional and a positive trainer/coach. The energy she brings to class is contagious (in the best way). I recently re-joined OTF and Miriam was the primary reason. Although I re-joined in Roxbury, I will definitely choose classes when Miriam is the trainer/coach.
Each day the workout is different so you really feel like you're getting a full body workout when you go multiple times a week.
Always different! Fun and very engaging. Great teachers make the class go by very quick.
