I like that it is never the same workout. Treadmill is varied by height. Rowers but lengh of meters rowed. Weights is a different workout every time.

I would love the “challenging but doable “ , every day different work outs going intense then I had started, but most I like about workout is the role of the Coach . Helpful friendly and kind staff! Special shoutout to Jordy from the front desk. Amazing coaches all around that provide a fun, supportive, inclusive and energetic environment. The class schedule is flexible. I love how I can take a class as early as 5am or as late 8:30pm. Now with strength 50 and tread 50, I have a place to go for even more varied workouts. Please add strength 50 and tread 50 classes on Friday evenings and maybe the weekend if possible. Thanks!
I like the balance of cardio and strength. The class structure is great. The coaches are very helpful and I get the best workout in 60 minutes possible.
OrangeTheory is a great cardio workout any way you look at it. And everything is scalable, so that is awesome.
The only think I don't like is the new treads - the screens are really big and reflective and pickup the lights in the ceiling. I feel like I'm going to have some kind of epileptic fit so I cover the screen over with a towel!
