Love how there's different workouts everyday, the accountability and the trainers instructing you rather than you fending for yourself. Using the splat point monitor also helps you push yourself to do your best to ensure amazing results that keep you motivated for the next work out!

Only reason I am not giving the workouts a 10 is because I feel the "floor" workouts are not challenging enough. It is hard to sustain a higher heart rate with isolation exercises - more calisthenics would be desired -- burpees, jump squats, froggers, thrusters, etc.
Great! Love OT. Honestly it really keeps me motivated and makes me want to workout. I have never felt that from a gym before. I am so thankful for OT.
One thing I would like to give feedback on is the Medicine Balls. There are not currently enough sizes for everybody, when the class is full (Which is most of the time) , I am often stuck with too heavy of a ball because there isn't a lighter one available.
Also it would be great if the TV in front of the rowers displayed the rower workout instead of the heart monitor scores, if you are on rower 1-5 it is really hard to see the rower workout and often I have to interrupt the Coach to re-explain it because I can't see.

It is always challenging and requires no planning. I exercise parts of me I didn’t know I had and it’s made me stronger over all.
The intensity level is fantastic, but I particularly love the creativity of the workouts. They target all muscle groups and vary by pace and distance between the treadmills and rowers

Everything. I like how challenging it is all while your not focused on the difficulty of it due to the templates. I like the break up between intensity but not enough to make the next one seem too difficult.
