I like the format better than before covid. All out inclines for power walkers are at 10 versus 15, and there are fewer partner classes and fast aggressive movements on the floor (I.e. jumping over a step from side to step). There isn’t a lot of room on the floor so it was too easy to get in each other’s space.
I get the motivation I need by watching my heart rate and zones change throughout the class. The classes each have different goals (strength, endurance) so I know it won’t be the same class every time I go. I enjoy the change up.

Amazing from start to finish. The staff are wonderful and invested and really want the clients to get the most out of their workouts. They are helpful and give amazing guidance and the schedule is a good fit for early risers, which is great. Thanks!
I love the environment. Sure, I can do all of these workouts on my own or at a gym, but I go to Orangetheory for the motivation of seeing others around me succeeding and my coach cheering me on.
The classes and that my workouts are preplanned. I can just show up and know that an hour later I will have had an effective work out completed.

I love everything about the Work. I feel it’s an efficient use of time to target every area of the body. I’ve seen my body transform over the years and I’m actually an OG original Orangetheory member and it’s the best thing I’ve done for myself.

It doesn’t matter what your fitness level is because it’s all doable. The coaches are great and the workout is a sweet combination of cardio and strength/core. The class schedule makes it easy to fit it into your day. Great workout.
