My favorite part about Orange Theory is that regardless of your current fitness ability, the workout is designed to engage everyone - every single person in every class I've taken has a different fitness ability. The coaches focus on making class adaptable for everyone. I would highly recommend anyone searching for an efficient and effective workout routine!
Makes me feel great afterwards
I have never enjoyed group workout classes in the past (let alone working out in the morning), but I'm going on three years at OTF Roscoe. The workouts have enough variety to prevent fatigue - even though lately they seem to be a bit overcomplicated for no reason (Monday 10/22 floor block is top of mind). But what keeps me coming back is the core group of coaches - specifically Manda, Kelly & Lisa on weekday mornings. They make the workouts go by quickly, have fun with the members and take an interest in personal goals.

I love that the coaches facilitate the workout so that I can focus on getting my heart rate up and get the most out of my one hour workout. The coaches are also amazing. They are encouraging, supportive, and take the time to know us personally. I also appreciate that the workouts are different each day, there is never time to get bored!

The coaches know what they’re doing, it’s nice to walk in and see friendly faces, get a great workout in in one hour without having to think about what to do next, and leave feeling like you’ve done something really good for the day.

I like the variety of the work out, running, rowing and floor work. Its a different workout for me but I get a real good sweat going and can see my results on the screen. The trainers is what makes this a session!
I talk about Orange Theory to ANYONE who will listen to me and tell them this is the perfect workout. You put in as much as you want. Workouts are different every single time. Works both cardio and strength! I LOVE Orange Theory and I tell everyone!
