What do you like about our workout?

Many things:
1) Love the interval training
2) Heart rate monitors - to ensure awareness that I'm getting my heart rate where it needs to be to benefit from the afterburn
3) Trainers energy - to keep me motivated (I used to just be a power-walker, but not a light jogger on the treadmill
4) Efficient use of a one-hour workout - perfect for a busy working mom for an all body workout. Even just 2x/week, I have seen results and feel great

What do you like about our workout?

The people who go are really friendly and supportive, and the trainers somehow always get me to try my best! I swear every morning I get up to go to orangetheory I think "I'm tired I'm just going to take it easy today," and then I always end up getting a great workout in instead! Everything is divided into manageable blocks so it's easier for me mentally. WAY better than going to the gym and trying to jog on the treadmill for an hour, but I burn the same number of calories!

I've been going for maybe 6 months now and have cut off over a minute from my mile time and lost ~10 pounds (should've waited for the transformation challenge!). Results are there and the workouts are fun, so I can't recommend it enough!

I think that most of the coaches are very qualified and have motivating personalities. I like the diversity of the workouts and the results I see.

Love how every workout is different and instructors take the time to help you and better you. Still amazed that almost every instructor and front desk admin remembers my name, super impressive. This is the only workout class I've been able to commit to for more than 3 months. :)

What do you like about our workout?

I like the level of intensity. I am not a fan of only being able to go to the location that you signed up for the Transformation Challenge. Going to that particular location is not convenient to my home especially when there are 2 other locations that are with 5-10 minutes of my home.

I like that there’s consistency in knowing you’ll have a challenging workout yet each day you walk in and experience a new/different and fresh workout. I’m also a huge fan of knowing I don’t have to create my workout routine for the day. I walk in and have a coach walking me through the steps and motivating me along the way.

That is different every day and it over in 60 minutes. I just wish they would play different music. Sometimes some of the instructors play alot of rap which is ok but I'm older and would not mind a few songs from the 80s. ( I know I am old)
