Lastly, the coaching in the moment tips like running form, squat form specific to a set, row form, etc.

I like how I am guided by the instructors and how motivating they are. This results in me wanting to workout harder and keep on wanting to come back.
The instructors keep you motivated and the class keeps you entertained
Good variety of exercises within each workout, and also from day to day. Never get bored because the exercises are always changing and always challenging. Good to have a coach/trainer to keep you motivated and to show you proper technique for exercises. I feel more motivated to work out in a group setting. One hour workout time is just the right amount of time to get in a solid workout with a lot of variety.
Fresh and different
Constant movement and the coaches push you to get better.
It’s different every time. I love that there is an instructor watching and more than happy to help or offer an alternate exercise if you can’t do the one suggested. It’s not a big place, not heaps of people so I like that too.
