What do you like about our workout?

The playlist was bad and Coach Lesly was lacking the energy and excitement to get the class into the workout. I seriously considered leaving before it was over because I wasn’t motivated to keep pushing. I felt like I had wasted a class. I’m hoping it was just an off day for her because I had yet to have a bad workout with OTF.

Coaches at Roscoe Village are really great and motivating. Love their playlists!

What do you like about our workout?

The workouts are fun, unique and generally make the time fly. The Skokie coaches are amazing, knowledgeable and extremrely motivating. The front-desk staff are kind, helpful and friendly.

Excellent Coaching and wonderful customer service! Wish they had more lobby space but they do a great job despite this ;)

What do you like about our workout?

The energy and the ability to go on the treadmill at any speed. I liked the screens and how you can keep track of heart rate zones.

It pushes me harder than I would ever work out myself. I also like how it varied all the time. Never boring! I like that the coaches correct my form.

That I don’t have to think about what I need to do and it’s one hour in and out with just listening to the coach, and doing it! I also like that’s it’s always a full body workout!

Variety, can adjust to our own limitations

Not sure if there are more questions in this survey, so giving feedback here...one thing I don’t like is the canned music. It’s all too similar and unmotivating. Way too much rap and maroon five🙄 you can do better.

What do you like about our workout?

1. The coach pushes me to a higher level than I would push myself( even though I am highly motivated)
2. The workouts are different each time so no boredom . My muscles never know what to expect😆
3. The penalty for not showing up forces you to stick to the schedule which guarantees results
4. Seeing other people push themselves inspires me to put in maximum effort each time

What do you like about our workout?

I love everything about orange theory, from the coaches, staff and other people who workout there. It is such a great environment and puts me in a great mood. I feel that really helps me achieve a great workout. I love the treadmill parts best, but I've always been a runner, just never tried inclines on the tread before. LOVE OTF

What do you like about our workout?

I love the novelty of each work out in such an energetic and uplifting environment. The coaches and staff are beyond attentive. I love walking in each evening and being greeted by name. The coaches are aware of my strengths and weaknesses and are always providing tips and fixes to make sure I'm maximizing my workout to reach my goals!

What do you like about our workout?

I love how positive the environment is, and that since I've only been to a couple fo workouts and I'm pretty out of shape, I don't feel like anyone is judging me when I'm totally gassed and have to walk. I also like how helpful everyone is and how welcoming the instructors are. I was pretty nervous going to my first classes and all of the instructors have been great and so helpful. I also like how the hour goes by super fast with the changing rotations and fun environment.
