Everything...we have amazing coaches who are attentive to individual needs while creating an energized and positive atmosphere. The music is great, and even the folks in class are chill and very much focused on their own goals, but at the same time, supportive of each other. This is a great place for newcomers, gym rats and everyone in between. I am so glad to have found OTF/HP.
Varies from day to day
I love the constant moving and motivation and energy from the coaches. I enjoy going Because they are fun, energetic and honestly good workouts.
I like that it is a different workout each time, so it pushes you more to learn new exercises and the benefits they bring. You never get bored, and the coaches are excellent!
The entire staff is friendly, positive and always ready to help you with whatever you may need!
Kudos to Patrick the other morning. He led the workout and it was really a challenge as there were some technical difficulties with the sound system and the microphone. He handled it great. He was unfazed, and made the best of the situation.

Orangetheory has become a necessity in my daily life. The workout pushes me to new limits. I feel stronger and more energized everyday. Not to mention, the coaches, support staff and fellow participants could not be kinder or more supportive!

I love that every workout is different. My muscles are always sore! One hour of time with fantastic results. The coaches and members are amazing! Everyone is supportive and positive! I can’t imagine exercising anywhere else! Best decision I ever made!

Everything! The front desk staff is amazing, they really get you in the great mood to work out. I love all the coaches, they make the work outs fun and keep you pumped up. Wish I could take more classes!

The challenges l!
But what needs improvement is the chit chat and loud talking during work outs. I come to sweet and exercise not to struggle to hear coaches because of the groups not paying attention and talking.
I like that I'm told exactly what to do.
I love that we work at our own pace with great coaches. Orange Theory workouts are the best workouts I've ever had. I'm exhausted but still feel my energy levels increase well into the following day.
Guided workout; were the instructor is keeping the time and guiding every block and letting me know how much time is left.

Coach TLC was AMAZING!! She really motivated me to do my personal best on my All Out Efforts. Dezi at the front desk was so sweet and accommodating. One of the cleanest OTF studios I've ever been inside as well!
It’s a different workout with the same intensity every time.
I love the variety of the workouts and not knowing what the workout will be until you walk into the studio. I also love how the coaches come around and encourage you, whether they are showing you how to do the exercise (when your form isn't exactly what it needs to be) or by challenging you on the weights that you are using.
