I am an experienced OTF coach from FL visiting the area. I thought Rick was a great, motivating coach. And he did a great job delivering the OTF workout. The trainee (forget his name) was very helpful and motivating on the floor as well.

So supportive and the workouts are so varied. I am actually so excited to work out now.
I love the intensity of the workouts and how easy it is to track your progress with the otbeat summary reports. You definitely get out of it what you put into it. Class is never boring. The coaches and desk staff are all friendly and welcoming. It’s nice having a little community to escape to after a long work day. It’s an hour of “you” time. Being in a group setting is both motivating and fun!

Jon, the operations manager @ river west, is so kind and helpful. He knows everyone's name and cheers them on. It really makes people feel welcomed.
I do more than I would on my own.
I liked that the session was supervised and lead by a trainer. I needed that instruction. It was very helpful and kept up the pace. It is helpful to watch your heart rate.
Very friendly staff and an energetic environment
I've tried other classes and I usually feel intimidated because I am not in the best shape but with OTF everyone is doing the same workouts but at their own pace and their own intensity. Also the coaches are great at making you feel motivated and even though the classes can get really full they are really good at making sure everyone has a good form.
It’s fast paced and the instructors really keep you motivated with their instruction and music. All the instructors or coaches seem to love what they do and they seem to care about all the people that they coach . A really positive environment.
It’s amazing!! The energy is positive and the exercises are always challenging and new.
