It’s a great atmosphere, the workouts are amazing, the coaches are all awesome and supportive in pushing us to do our best, and the staff is super friendly!
I like the variety. I enjoy spending time on the rowing machine, treadmill and the floor with weights. I'm new to Orangetheory and feel comfortable modifying exercises to work for me. Will is a great coach and has made sure I'm using the correct form when on the rower or using weights for strength.
It is a different work out every day!
Easy to get cardio and weight training in a full body workout without having to plan the workout myself.

i wish they had a get to know you board or something for the front desk. at my studio, there has been new SAs and they know me and are quite friendly. i think it would be a good addition for members to get to know them better

Love the intense of the workout and how each of the instructors motivate you .
I love how you can scale your workout to work for your body and fitness level so everyone in the room can get an exhausting work out without getting hurt.
I absolutely love the staff and trainers. The environment is positive, helpful and the workouts are incredible. The music is pretty awesome too. I love Orangetheory for my workouts!
The variety of the workiuts
Variety, coach support & instruction, ability to challenge myself based on my own fitness and not feeling like I have to be as good as everyone else
Coach Meghan does a fantastic job of keeping the class active, lively, and engaged. Further, I appreciate the time she takes to correct form to ensure the workout is meaningful and effective. Orange Theory workout outputs and dependent on the inputs; the harder the input to greater the output
Suggestions:
1) app update to allow the user to enter notes on a workout- (e.g. June 12 workout, wore X shoes, put in Y effort, felt Z
2) app update to allow the user to communicate with coach from that workout (e.g. "noticed by back was sore from rowing, did you notice anything off with my form?)
Love that workout is divided up. Floor rower and tread. The group of ppl at this location works as a family team, they’re fun and welcoming :)
I like that workout is different - it keeps it fresh and interesting.
Like the exercises and Rhythm
I love OTF. My schedule hasn’t been working with the class schedule so it’s been tough. I don’t like that OTF across the board is doing repeat workouts and I don’t like some of the newer formats.
I do like the coaches at Old Town though, they are great. I wish the Thursday 7pm class would come back so I could go more often.
Hard, but rewarding.
I like the camaraderie- and everyone working on their own goals but still in it together. Coach Matt and Coach Spencer are the best and explain everything well.
I have always been one that lacks motivation to work out but when I’m at Orange theory, the coach, the atmosphere and the music get me excited to be there. Every time I leave Orange theory, I am happy with my workouts and how they make me feel.
