Great mix of cardio and weights. I’m 60 years old and I’ve never jogged a day in my life until last summer at Orangetheory. I feel like I’m in the best shape of my life. You’re in and out in an hour and will burn so many calories and feel so good walking out.
I love that it’s a community. I love the coaches and front desk staff. I love that as a senior, I can workout to my ability and able to use suggested modifications without feeling judged.
Each workout is different for me. Instructors are helpful to make sure I’m doing each exercise correctly/safely. They encourage pushing yourself to work but not so far that I hurt myself
I’m not going to sugar coat anything, the workouts can be difficult, sometimes even downright hard. But that’s what I am there for. The people and the foundation make the difference. Like having a personal trainer in a group setting. All the staff is helpful and ready to get you into a better version of yourself.
Professional and Attentive
I like the organization of the work out, tell me to do something for 35 minutes and I can do that. The results speak for themselves.
Fun and challenging
The coaches are great and motivating. Got me from the 8 classes/month to unlimited.
OTF is a great mix of fun and grind! The coaches are amazing and keep you accountable. The workouts never get boring and you can always individualize them if needed. It’s an hour of ME time that’s guaranteed to make you feel rejuvenated!

I like that it's a judgment free zone full of everyone doing their own thing and setting their own goals! Coach Marcos is also super helpful for someone like me who doesn't know proper form for lots of things. He keeps me from injuring myself every class!
