The coaches and the welcoming environment
Orangetheory is customizable no matter what your fitness level. No one is yelling in your face to "go faster" or "lift heavier." The coaches are supportive and helpful to ensure proper form. There is a gamification element with the different zones and aiming for that perfect pyramid post-workout. It's fun, challenging, and gets you sweating!

It’s motivating
The workouts at Orange Theory are super fun and challenging. They target different muscle groups in every class. They are well rounded including cardio and strength all in one class! Everyone works at their own limit and yet we are all being challenged! I like that I don't have to think about it and the workouts are all planned out for me. They never get boring!
It's a great balance of strength and conditioning. The hour long class is great for my schedule and I am already seeing the results combined with other physical activity. Great music doesn't hurt either!!!
I like having a coach and a structured workout so I can get a full body workout and don’t have to think about what to do. The focus on heart rate helps me think about my effort level and make sure I recover from the hard intervals. As someone who likes to run, I love that half the class is on the treadmill, so I can get good quality strength work in and still get in my miles for the week. The music and coaches add extra energy and fun to it all, too!
Coaching
Love the mixture of cardio and strength. Love the experience - atmosphere, camaraderie, workout structures. It's been refreshing to get back into a fitness studio a few times a week and out of our basement gym.
The group atmosphere and encouraging coaches. It is so much fun and has completely changed what I thought I knew about fitness!

Variety and music
I really enjoy the high energy work outs and the trainers, all staff is so welcoming. and very helpful. I by no means am in great shape YET! But I will certainly continue to attend my workout sessions and be a healthier me.
