Everything! I love that it’s a total body workout and something different every time, the fact that I don’t have to think about anything and can trust the coach to tell me what to do next, and that I get results.
The guided, full-body workout. I can do all of the things we do at OT at another gym, but without the coach, I don't work nearly as hard, or do as many different exercises.
I like that I schedule a class that works for me and when I show up, all of the activities and total workout is planned for me. It’s one less thing I need to think about. I also appreciate the coaches. They suggest and encourage rather than yell and push to do more. I like that my body and my level of endurance is finding its way while I feel supported during each class.

I like the vibe and atmosphere. It’s a class structure at your own pace. The monitors help control the stress levels and maximize your workout.
I really enjoy the pacing of the workout and that you aren't stuck doing one thing the entire time. I like that the workouts are not predictable. The workouts are really well rounded. I like that you can change/adjust your intensity or certain exercises depending on your needs/ability level. I like that you can track your heart rate. I feel like they do a good job of building comradery among everyone instead of competition. I always feel like I have gotten a really good workout when I leave and that I accomplished something I know I wouldn't have pushed myself to do if I was working out by myself at the gym.
It’s a great all body workout, motivating music and coaches, not boring at all! Something I can do long term because it’s fun and can go at my own pace.

The coaches were fantastic. Jen was especially good, making sure my form was spot on. She cares about every single participant!

It's easier for me to work out on treadmill or rowing machine then to do a straight hour of floor exercises or trying to figure out on my own.

Heart rate monitor, corresponding colors, and app to help store history is very motivating.
I am able to go at my own pace and challenge myself without worrying about the people around me. They are very accepting. As a middle aged woman who is very much out of shape, I am very thankful for that.

It's SO effective for only an hour. I'm always motivated to push myself more in each class. :)
I love that it’s an intense 60 min workout that is coach directed. I like to see my progress and feel stronger & empowered after every workout. As a 50+ women, I feel welcomed and accepted by all and supported by the coaches.
