The results!
The coaches are amazing and while it’s still a group class, they still take the time to walk the room and pay attention to make sure everyone is following the correct posture during the workout and doing it correctly. Love the mix of rowing, floor exercises and cardio and that the floor exercises blocks are always different, keeping it fresh and engaging. Additionally, their front desk staff is always so cheerful and welcoming and take the time to chat and get to know you and ask how everything is going. Just upped my membership so I could come in a few more times a week!
I get a great workout without having to think about it and I feel great after I recover from it lol. OTF changed my life. I feel healthier than I did at 42 than I did all through my 30s.
I like the workout is customizable and it grows with you as what it means to be pushing or all out today could be different what it means tomorrow!
I liked that I could go at my own pace, it was easy to understand the instructions and everyone was very encouraging rather than competitive. The instructor, Alex, was also very helpful in ensuring I was doing the exercises correctly to prevent injury and maximize my workout.
