I love that I don't have to think about what I'll do at the gym. I just follow along and I know I'll get a well-balanced work out that focuses on all aspects. I love that I find myself challenging me to do things I never thought possible again at my age (run at all, much less run a mile, etc.). I love that there are benchmarks to my fitness where I can tell I'm getting stronger. I also am very pleasantly surprised at all the mental health benefits. Best thing I've committed to in years, if not decades.

The workouts are exactly what I need for my fitness needs.
I was hooked after my first workout. I've been working out on my own and with personal trainers for two decades. For the last six months I lost the motivation I had and was only going to the gym 2-3 days a week instead of 5-6 like I want to. Going to OTF once a week has provided me with the motivation I needed. OTF's science behind the fat burning zone has also helped me fine tune my workouts in and out of OTF.

I don't have to think anf I get a serious workout
I used to hate going to the gym because I didn’t know what to do. Having someone directing you for the whole hour is so helpful and makes the hour go so fast. Love orange theory!
The coaches and staff are awesome and the workouts are a full body and target over all. The fun challenges are fun and push you to attain a personal goal!

Love the workouts and energy. I’ve been going to OTF since 2016 and it has transformed my life. I especially like the 3G classes. All of the coaches are friendly and provide the needed training to complete the floor and rising exercises properly.

Going on week 2 of Orangetheory, I’ve had the opportunity to visit other locations and I always find myself going back to Lakewood-Long Beach location because I feel so welcomed and supported by the staff and fellow workout partners.
My coaches push me to workout my best. Without their motivation, I have trouble working out that intense by myself. This goes for all coaches at my OTF Irvine location.

Dynamic workout sessions and friendly coaches and staff.
Great trainers helped me adjust to the workouts and always helped me do them correctly. The advice was given to me when I experienced soreness: I take an amino acid supplement, and now I'm never too sore to work! I'm so much healthier than I was a year ago!
