Great cardio/weight workout. Full body - great energy - well organized - every class is different. Love it!!
It's the most rounded and intense workout that you can get in an hour. It varies enough that it's much easier to stick with than most other exercise routines I've tried. The coach led workout keeps you motivated.
Best full body workout I’ve ever experienced and the most incredible coaching team!
I love that every day is different and the comradery of the team helps get you through the gritty stuff! Alex takes no prisoners but is there with a quiet word when you need that little boost! No matter the age, we are all made to feel ‘capable’ of achieving anything, and at 50 something, that’s not often the case at gyms or group classes

Challenging. Combo of running and strength training. Pushes me more than I’d push myself! Love the coaches.
From the moment I signed up to join Orange Theory Fitness, (OTF) I knew it was a winner and I knew that I would be training with them for a long time. I've been a faithful member for 8 years now - or has it been 9 years? Time goes faster than you'd ever think it would! I've found OTF to be an essential component to a healthy lifestyle. It's not been all sunshine and roses, however. I worked through some serious leg injuries - all the time not wanting to be sidelined at home; sitting on the couch like some God-forsaken couch potato. Humans have to keep moving if they don't want to end up using crutches, or canes or (God forbid!) the hideous walker! No one ever looks good accompanied by those devices. The answer is to keep your body mass within a reasonable range and to KEEP MOVING!!!! This is the answer to the age-old question, "Where do they keep the Fountain of Youth?" They keep it at OTF! Truth! Hey, OTF San Clemente - THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DO TO KEEP YOUR MEMBERS HAPPY, HEALTHY AND FIT!!!
It’s a great all around workout. I like that it is a little bit of everything. I always feel good after.
The workout is always goal oriented but do-able. The coach takes notice of your form to help you get it right to maximize your performance. I love the music and always remind myself that I needed at least 12 splat points, which, I think is a visible goal that helps me not give up each time my mind tells me that I can’t. I have Orange Theory to thank for a healthy shape and form.
The trainers are awesome and make everyone feel welcome. I love everything about the workouts.
It’s a great overall workout, gets all the right spots!! Everyone can do it!
Great variety of workouts. Great coaches and members.
Cardio/weights/coaches/ music
The coaches are great, the class wide range of availability, the music, and the overall workout that is different each day working all parts of the body.
Love the variety, the challenge, the heart rate monitors to see how you're working through the workout, the specialty workouts and the coaches. Makes working out fun and motivating!
1. It challenges you.
2. Each workout varies so it doesn’t get boring or monotonous.
3. Energized music.
4. Great motivating coaches
I suck at pushing myself and holding myself accountable to doing the best I can. Y’all have a good recipe for getting the most out of an hour workout, and it’s really awesome when I travel you’re always close by.
Efficient. 55 minutes of activity and you’ll burn at least 600-900 calories
Full body for 60 min
