I love OTF because it is challenging and I don’t have to think. The coaches (who are all super motivating and amazing) tell me what to do. No thinking required! And they walk past my treadmill and call me out when I’m slacking! We all need that!!!

I like the class environment and the way the coaches motivate you to go a little faster or lift a little heavier. The coaches are always looking out for your best interest and want to see you succeed. On top of that, the music is always fun and the equipment and space is always clean!

I really do like everything. The place is clean. The community is great. The coaches and staff are always pleasant. The work outs are intense, and I love going! Melissa, Kimberly and James are my usual coaches. I love taking all of their classes. I do wish there were lift-45's as an option. I want to strength train more, and that might require me buying a membership at another gym, or buying equipment for home use. I know there are a lot of very in-shape people that come to classes, and may not see a benefit to utilizing the equipment at the OTFs, but I would say the majority I see at classes are average people who do need some strength training, and the equipment there would more than suffice.
I like all the different routines especially Deena's workouts and coaching. She's very encouraging and doesn't make you feel bad for not being able to keep up.
The coaches are super friendly and invested in athletes health and fitness improvement. The structure of the strength training program is on point with industry movement and theory. The cardio aspect of the programming is challenging but do able.
