Excellent, one hour, all body workout! Orange Theory is a welcome addiction in my life. The facilities and staff are amazing, welcoming, and personable.
I like the atmosphere of camaraderie and encouragement. I like the structure. I don’t have to think….I just show up and get a good workout. Also, I like that that I can modify, if needed.
I really liked my first workout at Orangetheory. Andrew helped me with my intake and was very friendly and made me feel welcome. The exercise was a hard workout and a lot of fun. I will be going back to Cypress Orangetheory.

I love that it's basically everything in one! You get cardio and weight training all combined in a one-hour class. I love that there is a heart monitor to keep track of how hard you're working and if you're meeting your workout goals for that day!
The coaches are all very knowledgeable and helpful with all facets of your workout. Whether you need help with certain exercises, have previous injuries that require special attention or have questions about your own personal progress, the coaches will be there for you!
The front staff are always so welcoming and friendly and make you feel like this is the best place to be!
I have been a member for a year and a half and this is the longest I've ever been consistent with a fitness program. I'll be turning 57 in a few months and I feel like my health and heart are in the best place they've ever been!!! Woo-Hoo to Orangetheory!!!
I like that I can come in and get a great intense workout in one hour without having to think about what to do. I Just listen to the coach and get it done. I know rvery workout will be challenging in some way. They never seem

Great workout - in and out, burning hundreds of calories in a very supportive environment with terrific coaches. Mel was amazing, I was worried when she left but Lakana came in and she has been fantastic - great motivator, her energy is contagious and she keeps the class moving at a pace everyone can handle. And Liz runs the facility like a top - keep up the great work!

Guided workout
Diversity of exercises and instructors. Also really like the “lift” classes. Would be great to offer these also at “off hours” to allow attendance for people who still have traditional office jobs and can’t make it into class during the middle of the day.
I don’t have to make a routine, helpful instructors.

Every workout is unique and effective.
It’s an all-body workout, combining cardio, strength & endurance. No one is watching the others because we’re all concentrating on our own work & performance. The coaches are GREAT. The time flies by.
Variety of workouts is what keeps me coming back. Never the same. Fun group environment. Coaches are awesome. I also love the challenges and look forward to those days.

I have been to several orange theories but this one is by far the best. The coaches and staff are incredible. They are kind, upbeat, helpful, easygoing and make you exceptionally welcome at their studio. So thankful I get to call this my home studio.
